These website Terms apply to use of the Syndonus website and general online interactions with Syndonus. They do not replace any separate signed or electronically accepted agreement between Syndonus and a client. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, Statement of Work, or order-specific document, the signed or order-specific document will control for the applicable services.
2. Use of the Website
You may use the Syndonus website for lawful business and informational purposes only. You agree not to:
Use the website in a way that violates any law, regulation, or third-party right.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Syndonus system, client system, account, network, database, or service.
Interfere with the security, availability, integrity, or performance of the website.

Misrepresent your identity, company affiliation, authority, or contact information.
Use the website to collect information about others without authorization.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the website if we believe use violates these Terms or creates a security, legal, operational, or reputational risk.
3. Website Content
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, service descriptions, downloads, forms, documentation, and other materials, is provided for general informational purposes only. Website content may change without notice.
Nothing on the website creates a binding offer to provide services unless confirmed in a separate written agreement, quote, order form, Statement of Work, or other accepted service document.
4. Requests for Services and Support
Submitting a website form, email, text message, chat, or other request does not guarantee that Syndonus will provide services, support, or a specific response time. Any support obligations, service levels, response times, deliverables, fees, exclusions, warranties, or remedies are governed by the applicable agreement, Statement of Work, order form, or other written service document between Syndonus and the client.
For security and operational reasons, Syndonus may require verification of identity, authority, account status, or authorized contact status before responding to support requests or making changes to systems, users, services, accounts, configurations, devices, software, access, or data.
5. User Submissions and Information You Provide
When you submit information through the website or otherwise communicate with Syndonus, you represent that the information is accurate, lawful, and submitted with proper authority.
You should not submit sensitive information through public website forms unless the form specifically requests it and the submission is appropriate for the purpose of the request. Sensitive information may include passwords, financial account information, protected health information, confidential business information, security credentials, private keys, access tokens, or other regulated or highly confidential data.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to Syndonus does not violate applicable law, confidentiality obligations, privacy obligations, intellectual property rights, employment obligations, or agreements with third parties.
6. Client Systems, Access, and Authorization
Where Syndonus provides services involving client systems, networks, software, cloud accounts, devices, users, or data, the client is responsible for providing accurate information, authorized access, required credentials, safe working conditions, proper licensing, and timely cooperation.
Syndonus may rely on instructions or approvals from authorized client contacts. Syndonus may decline to act on a request if authority cannot be verified or if the request creates security, compliance, operational, or legal concerns.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Syndonus is not responsible for issues caused by unauthorized changes, third-party modifications, unapproved software, shared administrator credentials, client-side misconfigurations, insufficient backups, unavailable access, unsupported systems, unlicensed software, vendor outages, or third-party products or services.
7. Third-Party Products and Services

Syndonus does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, security, performance, pricing changes, data handling, service interruptions, or changes to their terms.
Where applicable, you are responsible for reviewing and complying with third-party terms, end user license agreements, acceptable use policies, and subscription requirements.
8. Accounts, Credentials, and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of any accounts, passwords, credentials, multi-factor authentication methods, devices, systems, or access methods used in connection with Syndonus services or communications.
You agree to notify Syndonus promptly if you become aware of unauthorized access, compromised credentials, suspicious activity, security incidents, data loss, system failures, or other events that may affect services or support.
You should not share passwords, administrator credentials, access tokens, or security codes through unsecured channels or website forms.
